Doug Cain, Managing Partner, has enjoyed a 27-year career in architecture, interiors, branding, and marketing where he has won awards in multiple disciplines. He has been a senior executive at national firms for the past 14 years where he has directly designed and managed hotel, restaurant, and retail projects for leading hospitality and retail brands. He blogs about future trends in hospitality, retail, and product design on now-on.net.

 

Carol Padham, Partner, has a long career in hospitality and retail interiors that includes projects in many of the best known hotels and resorts in the country. She has designed for a wide range of hotel locations and sizes, acting as both project manager and project designer. Carol also has one of the most extensive knowledge bases of fabrics, furniture and fixtures in the industry and, is a specialist in custom-designed fixtures, and an expert colorist.

 

Keith Wilson, Principal, has a lengthy career as a dual project manager-designer for large retail and commercial interior projects in the U.S., Japan, China, and Chile. He was a partner in his own firm specializing in upscale retail proejcts, including the award-winning prototype and roll-out of the Restoration Hardware stores. Keith is a widely exhibited painter and has served as Adjunct professor of Interior Design at CCA.

 

Dana Marek, Associate Principal, worked as a project manager in residential construction and then went on to become a curator in asian and ethnic art at the Wickett Museum. She has since become an established designer with an expertise in green architecture and spa design.
